Information you share
The licensing inquiry collects your name, email address, technical platform details and the software questions you choose to provide. Lone Summit uses this information to discuss the software, review technical compatibility and administer approved client access.
Client accounts and licensing
Account information, payment records, software-license status and resource-access records support your private client workspace. When needed for user-based software activation, Lone Summit also records the email address associated with your NinjaTrader account. Your website login email and NinjaTrader email may be different. Never provide brokerage or NinjaTrader passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary account identifiers in an inquiry or support message.
Existing records and service providers
Previously submitted inquiries and account records may remain in the system unless removed through the applicable record-handling process. They do not create a new service entitlement. Website hosting, authentication, payment and other service providers process information needed to operate and secure the site and administer licensing. Card payments are handled through the payment provider.
