Software license terms.
The license and its scope
Lone Summit Trading Company licenses compiled algorithmic trading software for futures markets for an agreed 90-day period. Source code is not included. The written offer identifies the released software, permitted use, price and activation terms. Platform access, brokerage services, market data and other third-party costs are separate.
Invitation, payment and activation
Begin with a software licensing inquiry. After a technical compatibility review and personal conversation, approved clients receive an invitation to create a private login. Payment becomes available only after Lone Summit confirms that the software, activation process, price and written terms are ready. Payments use one-time Stripe Checkout. Payment verification and software-license issuance are separate steps; a website login or payment receipt alone does not activate the software.
License periods and renewals
Each paid period lasts 90 days. A renewal requires a new one-time payment; there are no automatic charges. Review the applicable paid-period and software-license dates before purchase. Downloads and published setup resources require an active paid period. Software use also requires the separately issued license. Website account access does not extend an expired software license.
Before you pay
Your written offer will set out the price, licensed release, scope of permitted use, activation terms, available resources and technical support, and refund and cancellation terms. Review and agree to those terms before making a payment. Contact lonesummittrading@gmail.com if anything is unclear.
Your responsibilities
You provide and maintain the required platform, account connection and market data. You control your account, software settings and trading decisions, and remain responsible for monitoring operation and following your account rules. Lone Summit supplies software; it does not manage your trading account. Software, research and simulation do not guarantee profits or any evaluation outcome.
